Xtreme Challenge Boot Camp
6:30AM- Tuesday & Thursday
106 Street and Central Park West (known as Great Hill area)
Clients will learn how to challenge their bodies, (with little or no equipment), develop stamina and mental toughness. They will be introduced to different stations, ie. kickboxing, pilates, calisthenics, etc., in a closed circuit routine in order to achieve the ultimate fitness goal.
