Boot Camp With Lisa

Lisa has put together 3 different class themes for every fitness level.

Ropes & Bands Boot Camp

Tuesday 6:30 PM
Meet at 104th St. & 5th Ave, walk into Conservancy Garden (Central Park)
Sat 8:30 AM (no class August 20th)
72nd St. turns into Terrace Drive within Central Park. We will meet in “The Mall” in front of the Bandshell. This is on the other side of Terrace Drive from Bethesda Fountain. If you are walking south from Terrace Drive, the Bandshell will be on your left.
Upper & lower body strength plus high intensity cardio intervals using the jump rope and bands/tubing.  All levels of tubing will be available, from light resistance to the Predator.  Burn fat, chisel your muscles, and improve your flexibility.  Plenty of core work will be included to get your midsection pool-ready.  For men & women, all levels.

Friday-6:30pm
Meet at Sheep’s Meadow nearest to 67th Street

Can’t do a single pushup from your feet, but wish you could?  Never exercised outdoors other than walking or light jogging?  This class is for you!  Tone up your arms, thighs, and abs while burning calories and improving your mobility.  For beginner level men & women.

Card Shark Boot Camp
Thursday 6:00 PM – ( no class August 18th)
Meet at Southwest corner of 79th Street & 5th Avenue

Body-weight strength training for arms, legs, and core, plus fat-burning cardio drills with one different piece of equipment each week (such as a ladder, cones, agility rings, crooked stick, mini-bands, etc.)  Each class will feature one or more games using the Fit Deck playing cards!  For men & women, all levels.
