I wasn’t in the military so I call my workouts Power Hour as opposed to boot camp. I’m a stickler for quality of movement so there will be more attention paid to correct form than to yelling at you to do more reps. The workouts will challenge strength as well as agility and endurance by focusing on athletic movement and will be great for anyone looking to kickstart an overall fitness regimen or those looking to improve their weekend warrior sports endeavors.
