    Full disclosure: I will not be taking new clients until June 15th. And I will be gradually phasing out of the fitness industry by the end of the year, so I could only accept clients who seek short-term training (3-4 months).
    Hi, I’m Cesa! I'm an independent personal trainer based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I travel to bordering neighborhoods, as well as Manhattan and Queens. I also have training privileges at a private training studio in Midtown South, Manhattan.

    While many of my clients have come to me with many common goals, whether it's weight loss or tightening up, I want my clients to take away from our sessions more than just the hope of looser fitting clothing. The ultimate goals for my clients is to discover their potential, realize their strength, test their limits and break rules. I seek to help my clients feel empowered, not only in regards to fitness, but in every aspect of their lives.

    I wish to inspire you to shift your focus from "I want to workout because I hate my body" to "I want to workout because I love the body that I'm in". While you should push your limits and achieve you aims, I want you to nurture, nourish and accept...realize that your worth is beyond your appearance and the number on a scale.

    For each client I perform a fitness assessment. From there I develop exercise programs, based on the results, clients' personal goals, as well as taking into consideration any health conditions. Their exercises programs also include additional workouts and activities that they could do on their own in between sessions, and nutritional recommendations. During all workouts, I assist clients in using safe and effective exercise form.

    I conduct follow-up correspondences and periodical fitness assessments, to track progress, as well as make adjustments to short-term/long term goals and program outlines. I maintain appropriate and confidential records for all clients, including general information, health inventory forms, waivers, program outlines and their progress.

    I do mainly 45-minute session, 1-on-2 pair personal training sessions, as well as small group sessions. I also offer off-peak hour rates (between 11am-4pm).
