| Get Fit, Stay Fit, and Enjoy It! I have had the pleasure to work as a fitness professional in New York City for over ten years, and I am committed to helping my clients find their best and healthiest selves, and to making it fun. I am currently certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and have worked as a top tier trainer for Equinox Fitness. My approach to training utilizes alignment based dance techniques, pilates, yoga, sports conditioning and functional movement to assist my clients in developing a stronger, leaner, more flexible and overall healthier body.
I have extensive experience with clients whose considerations involve orthopedic post rehabilitation, auto immune, neurological disorders, cancer and advanced age. In addition to being pre and post natal certified, I am also a proud mom to twins. I have trained many moms-to-be for the endurance event that being a parent often is.
