About me
Hello and NAMASTE! My name is Amanda Rose and I am a highly energetic fitness and yoga instructor that is passionate about making people feel good! I draw on my years of experience and expertise to create intense, fun and integrative work-outs. As a champion boxer, I understand the focus, dedication and sacrifice required to achieve goals. As a daily yoga pracitioner, I appreciate the importance of flexibility and a balanced body-mind connection. My approach is to incorporate the best aspects of both of these disciplines to design well rounded exercise programs. I also include elements of Pilates, running, functional training, cardio conditioning and plyometrics to keep my clients and their bodies guessing. I never like to repeat the same workout twice! I bring my fervor, extensive knowledge for health and love of life into each one of my sessions. It is always main intention to inspire all of my clients to look, feel and live their best.
