After a childhood and adolescence of lethargy, my interest in movement and training developed when I witnessed the incredible change in my life that occurred from discovering my own physical life through regular goal-oriented exercise. I'm now not only a trainer, but a professional aerialist as well!
I'm especially interested in helping people overcome physical limitations due to past injury or discomfort.
