| After a childhood and adolescence of lethargy, my interest in movement and training developed when I witnessed the incredible change in my life that occurred from discovering my own physical life through regular goal-oriented exercise. I'm now not only a trainer, but a professional aerialist as well!
I'm especially interested in helping people overcome physical limitations due to past injury or discomfort. I would love to discuss training options for you if you're looking to develop a more active life, increase flexibility/ reduce body pain, or get out of a fitness rut. My goal is that at the end of every session, you have gone deeper into your own body and discovered how to work with it more effectively to achieve not only your fitness goals, but a fuller experience of life.
