About me
I've been helping people reach their fitness goals for over 8 years now. I'm a nationally recognized health coach as well as a personal trainer. I take health coaching (which addresses food and lifestyle) and personal training (which addresses body comp) and combine the two to give you the best possible results. If you're just getting back into it or been at it for awhile and want to hit the next level, then I'm here for you. Reaching that result is a collaborative effort between you and I. So to ensure success we create a manageable progam: 2x a week is a must, 3x is ideal. I also do solely nutritional/health/diet coaching as well as semi-private personal training.
