Mission Statement:
To help you just "right" with my former military fitness & sports nutrition knowledge, get ready to transform your body, mind and spirit.

I’m here to meet you wherever you are in your wellness journey, and to be by your side as we plan and launch your fitness goals. From this point on, our work together will be challenging, collaborative and full of sweat-worthy achievements! I’ve spent the last 10 years committed to training and educating myself so that I can be effective coaching all levels of fitness, strength and health. I know what it takes to motivate you, and I know how to execute on that energy. And I’m with you on every step of the way!

Worth Every PenniesTo attain a goal of a healthier way of life, the only answer for me was to utilize the skills and motivation of a personal fitness and nutrition coach. James Lee is not just a typical PT/nutritionist you find in 24hr Fitness, Equinox or local CrossFit gym. He looks at your goals, analyzes them and produces a specialized program to suit your individual needs. Regardless of whether your goal is running the NY marathon, sports specific training, weight loss or increasing muscle mass and strength, programs are measureable so that they can be evaluated and adjusted to increase performance. Lee formulates work out routines that are challenging, unique and always varied. Proper protocols, form and technique are priority as well as fully understanding the biomechanics behind each movement. He is constantly upgrading his knowledge in this area and applies it to his training. Nutrition are also a key component to Lee's training programs, he has carefully researched and tested many nutrition formula to suit the individuals needs and is an excellent source of knowledge in this area. Unlike other fitness coaches, Lee provides a sports management consulting service. He knows his clients and their abilities; he tracks their progress and constantly reviews and reassesses and readjusts the programs. He also is fully conversant with the most up to date training and exercise régimes. Lee also serves as a teacher and a mentor to other trainers, sharing his knowledge and expertise. He is also well respected and is an excellent role model in his field. Working with Lee is a lifestyle and mental change.
