Joe's FantasticI have been working with Joe for a little over a year, now. He has helped me reach many personal goals as well as increased my endurance and strength. He has also eliminated some nagging knee issues and helped through a recent ankle injury. He has managed to get me to eat healthier and remove starchy carbs from diet. Joe is patient and you never feel rushed for time if you are having difficulty completing a task. He will constantly challenge your ability and keep the workouts interesting.
