About me
I have worked as a personal trainer for the past nine years. Over these nine years, I have had the pleasure of working in the physical therapy setting, private health clubs, big box gyms, personal training studios, and the collegiate strength and conditioning setting. These different venues have afforded me the opportunity to work with many different types of clients and athletes. Along the way I’ve learned to utilize many different approaches and tools to help each individual achieve their desired results. I don’t adhere to any one method or style of training, I simply strive to use the best tools for each client, and I guarantee results.
