About me
Hi there, I'm Dohn Solis. I've been in the fitness industry for over 23 years now and I've been a Fitness Professional for just as long. For me fitness is a way of life and always has been from a very young age. Being a Personal Trainer enables me to help others by passing on what I've learned along the way and I find that there's no greater reward than helping people to realize their goals and empowering them. I'm a former competitive Mountain Biker, DuAthlete, BiAthlete, Runner, and Road Biker and I use all the experience I've gained to benefit my clients. At the present I have no plans to compete as I'm focusing more on my business, but who knows what lies ahead. Maybe in the not too distant future I might just venture back into racing competitively again.
