About me
Rachel Shasha started off as a Los Angeles and Hollywood based personal trainer over 10 years ago. She has worked with celebrities including Alyssa Milano, Sarah Shahi, and Kiersten Warren. Rachel received her fitness training at UCLA and obtained certifications from both the American Council on Exercise and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As well as fitness, Rachel studied health, nutrition and psychology at UCLA and then went on to receive her master’s degree at USC to further her studies in sports psychology.

Now working in New York City, Rachel is also a regular contributor to both Woman’s Health and Fitness Magazine and Livestrong.com. Rachel specializes in functional training and works well with both men and woman wanting to lose weight and/or get in better shape. She also helps people get ready for events, such as a wedding. And finally, she is certified to work with pregnant and post-partum women as well as children.
