Great Trainer with a Wealth of Knowledge!I love working with Brett! Within 2 sessionsI saw a change in posture, strength, agility, and flexibility. He puts a great emphasis on a healthy workout: lots of stretching, proper use of muscle, proper form, and correct weigh load. My workouts typically consist of strengthening exercises targeting the full body as well as some interval training. I don't leave his workout feeling fatigued and sore. I feel light and energized! (Soreness may occurs the next day though!)
He makes it fun, keeps it interesting, and caters to your specific wants and needs. Would 100% recommend! -
