About me
I love helping people feel better!! I have been training and teaching classes since 1996. I have had a wide range of clients: pre/post natal, post injury, athletes, weight loss, auto immune diseases, knee replacements, older clients, younger clients, and everything in between! I am able to push my clients, "in a nice way". I believe in using breathing (most people don't breathe correctly!), functional movement, as well as the power of the mind. All workouts are geared towards my clients needs. I am always changing up the game with my exercise programs because we need to train our muscles in all movement patterns and different range of motion to keep getting a response and to keep you interested and on your game.
