Roody Dallemand is a knowledgeable, intense, and passionate Biomechanics Rehabilitation Specialist, recognized as one of the best in the field. Roody has over 16 years' experience in the Rehabilitation/Fitness field. He has worked in several premier New York City wellness centers and the elite gyms.

Roody holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and is also a certified Exercise Physiologist and M.A.T. (Muscle Activation Techniques) specialist. Having a clinical rehabilitation background gives him a clearer insight and the proper tools to help high-level athletes, fitness enthusiasts and chronic pain sufferers with their physical rehabilitation.

Roody’s clients come from diverse backgrounds, fitness histories, current fitness practices, and goals. Incredible trainer, incredible guy!I started doing MAT with Roody in Nov. 2010 and, from there, transitioned to personal training with him. Each and every session is creatively tailored to meet my needs and assess strengths and weaknesses, physically and mentally challenging, and both hard work and tons of fun. Roody works with body, mind, and spirit and helps me try to work to my full potential.He pays close attention during workouts to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly.
