| You only have one body, trust it's health and comfort to an experienced trainer. No amount of certifications can match the expertise that comes with 16 years of experience. I have been a certified personal trainer since 1996. In those 16 years I have worked with all types of bodies, personalities, medical conditions, and personal goals.
I have been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), certified as a Resistance Training Specialist (RTS), certified as a Medical Exercise Specialist (MES), and I am currently certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
