I'm a lifetime athlete and have been a fitness trainer in New York City for over ten years. I have a broad range of experience. Not only am I a certified personal trainer I have a BS from Virginia Tech in Industrial Engineering. And although I have extensively participated and competed in "intense" activities like triathlons, martial arts and collegiate lacrosse, my main focus in training is your safety.
I want you to perform at your peak and be able to accomplish super human feats. However, first and foremost, we have to make sure your joints, muscles and bones are properly aligned.
My style of training begins with gentile posture alignment and correcting muscle imbalances then progresses to pushing your physical limitations. All this is accomplished through continuous communication and evaluation. I place no limits on what you can accomplish with my guidance. Let's work together to accomplish something awesome!
