      "After being a high school cross country runner and an NCAA cross country runner in college, I started to wind down because of long hours on Wall Street. I had turned a milestone in my age and did not want to wake up with issues from the daily stress of high performance. Running was not a passion anymore and I felt that it was taking a toll. That being said, I spent a year not really working out. I literally woke up one day and suddenly, unlike in the past, I was unable to bounce back into shape like I used too. Back just a few years ago, I could take a month or two off and with just a few weeks of hard training, I was back on track. It did not happen this time.
