I became a trainer because as a child until the age of 22, I was obese reaching a weight of 304 lbs. My physician told me that if I didn't lose the weight, the I could and would become, diabetic or have heart disease, or worse....I would probably die.
That's when I totally turned my life around by eating better healthier foods and joining a gym and in the process, within 9 months to a year i managed to lose nearly 150 lbs.
It is in my estimation that fitness actually saved my life and I want to be able to help anyone do the same from nutrition to fitness and living a better and a longer life.
