About me
As a child, being active was first nature to me. I was always participating in some form of physical activity even though I was overweight (10yrs old at 210lb). When my mother passed in 2007 from health problems, I decided to take my health back into my own hands!!! And I will show you how to do the same. I dropped from my high school weight of 270lbs to a current 204lbs. With my studies in Exercise Physiology at Teachers College, Columbia University, I will give you the science behind my personal experience of improving your health. You will also have an empathetic trainer and coach in your corner that will guide you through your challenging health changes and celebrate your glorified results. Sweet painOtis was randomly assigned as my trainer but his style of training was perfect for me- as if I had hand picked him. Otis identified my deficits and incorporated exercises in each workout to address these deficits. I quickly felt myself getting stronger. Otis also tried to focus on my poor eating habits and provided some simple ideas for me to implement in my daily life to make eating healthy easier.
