Montanez is an ISSA certified trainer and specialises in strength & conditioning, martial arts and rock climbing. He is affiliated with some of NYC's best fitness facilities.



Lorenzo has trained Division 1 athletes, mountaineers, and martial artists. He designs personal programs suited for each of his clients. Athlete or weekend warrior, Lorenzo can help you reach your fitness potential.
