    I have been a trainer for the past 4 years. I started my journey with working on myself first. I was moderately overweight and decided to change my lifestyle completely. After losing weight and feeling like a new person, I decided I wanted to help others fall back in love with themselves and love their own bodies, just as I had learned how to. Over the past three years, I have worked out of a private training facility, Titan Fitness Studios, and have also worked for Equinox. In addition, I also am a certified vinyasa yoga instructor. My training style is very versatile, which allows me to work with a variety of populations. There is nothing more satisfying to me other than knowing that my clients develop a healthy lifestyle, a love for themselves, better movement patterns, and a sense of pride in the hard work they put in to see their results.
