    I have been a professional fitness trainer and health coach for the past fifteen years, with extensive experience working at some of New York’s most exclusive health clubs, such as Casa Specialized Fitness, Synergy, Cardio Fitness Center, and Eastern Athletic Club. In my quest to help my clients reach their self-determined fitness goals, I have successfully used a myriad of workouts and exercise techniques. I believe Strength Training, coupled with High Intensity Interval Training, is the most effective way to assist my clients in losing body fat and building or maintaining core strength and muscle mass. With intentional work, I will teach you how to use these techniques to achieve your fitness goals.
