I have been a personal trainer for 22 years and have worked with every type of body and every type of personality. No amount of certifications can match the knowledge and expertise derived from experience. During my time in the industry I have seen many trends come and go, but what remains the same is the science and facts of fitness. I don't follow trends, I follow science, that is how you get--and stay-- in shape.
As a personal trainer and health coach my job is to provide you with the knowledge and motivation to enable you to reach your goals efficiently and most important---safely. I am very patient with my clients and I understand that for many people embarking on a fitness routine can be intimidating. I make absolutely no judgements on anyone. My own personal goal is to help get you fit physically and mentally.
I usually do packages of 10 or 20 sessions but I am flexible and can work with you on an alternative plan if you need one.
