• David Chapman
Personal Trainer , Group Fitness Instructor , Health Coach
I have been a personal trainer in NYC for 22 years and have worked with every type of body and every type of personality. Although I've received six certifications, I believe that no amount of certifications can match the knowledge and expertise derived from experience. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain more muscle, increase sports performance, or just feel better---I have the knowledge and expertise to help you attain your desired results efficiently and safely.

I am very patient with my clients and I understand that for many people embarking on a fitness routine can be intimidating. I make absolutely no judgements on anyone. My own personal goal is to help you attain yours.

If you've been thinking about starting an exercise program please don't hesitate any longer. Contact me for a free consultation today, I promise you it will be the first step on a very rewarding journey.

I've just acquired a new certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist from the Cancer Exercise Training Institute. If you or anyone you know is currently dealing with, or recovering from cancer,   and you need help with an exercise program tailored for cancer-specific challenges please contact me.

    • The perfect coach to get me to my goals

I love Dave's training style. I am new to the whole fitness thing and Dave was able to get me to understand and take my training seriously. An excellent motivational trainer! I am now stronger and leaner thanks to his efforts. I hope to have many more training sessions with him!
