    I have been a personal trainer for 22 years and have worked with every type of body and every type of personality. No amount of certifications can match the knowledge and expertise derived from experience. During my time in the industry I have seen many trends come and go, but what remains the same is the science and facts of fitness. I don't follow trends, I follow science, that is how you get--and stay-- in shape.

    As a personal trainer and health coach my job is to provide you with the knowledge and motivation to enable you to reach your goals efficiently and most important---safely. I am very patient with my clients and I understand that for many people embarking on a fitness routine can be intimidating. I make absolutely no judgements on anyone. My own personal goal is to help get you fit physically and mentally.

    I usually do packages of 10 or 20 sessions but I am flexible and can work with you on an alternative plan if you need one.

      David is mature, consistent, knowledgeable, and real. He makes a detailed assessment of your overall health, fitness, and diet at the first meeting. In a year and a half I have lost 45 pounds, changed my eating habits, found myself with David's fitness programs accomplishing physical exertion I never thought I would do. I'm in middle age, and it was crucial. At the gym, David leads me into a completely different program every three weeks. I think I'm on about my fourteenth. Whether it's strength-training, balance, conditioning, cardio, David is a master, concentrating on proper form. I have rotator cuff issues on my shoulder, and David knows good rehabilitation exercises for this. He knows what he's doing. Do what he says with no nonsense, and see yourself transform.
