Bryan, is a Human Movement Professional as well as head NYAC youth wrestling coach with over 3 decades of industry experience including, competing as a collegiate wrestler, as well as professional PowerLifter on the national level.
A life long athlete and a natural motivator who discovered early on his gift for helping others improve their health and well-being through breath work, fitness, and movement.
As an educator today, he is consistently expanding his knowledge and expertise as he holds true to the belief that the human body is complex and science is still enhancing our understanding of it.
His mission is making available the tools for healthy living, longevity and self empowerment.
As the founding member of Quantum Fitness, he continues to develop strategies that work for the broad range of clients and their personal needs in order to maintain and improve their well being and overall performance.
In 1997 he won both the New York And New Jersey State PowerLifting Championships, and ranked 47th in the ADFPA USA with the 11th ranked squat @622lbs.
In that year he also became the first PT Manager and Director of Trainer Development of the Crunch Fitness 59th street in NYC leading that team as the top grossing facility in the company. He held that position until 2005 where he moved on to founding, Physical Preparation Inc, a personal training organization serving high profile clientele such as:

In recent years he has completed Thomas Myers inaugural immersion for movement specialists and is Fascial Fitness certified by Divo Müeller of Ulm university in Germany through the Anatomy Trains school and is an accredited Level III trainer from the Institute of Motion in addition to his certification from American College of Sports Medicine.
Bryan recently innovated the 28 Day Energetic Stress Relief program where he empowers the individual teaching them 4 modalities that regulates the Nervous System back into a balanced state of harmony where illness/sickness/chronic pain cannot thrive.
