    Arisha is your quintessential holistic trainer. Arisha has several years experience in the fitness field and worked at several NYC premier health clubs. She deeply cares about the transformation process and views each component (aesthetics, emotional and psychological wellbeing) as equally important. She's an avid mountain biker, hiker and free climber. She mixes a functional style of training with powerlifting, kettle bells and cardio.

    She personally trains to become stronger and more attuned with her body. She believes in the longevity of training and loves to take on novice clients. She enjoys program design and creating nutrition plans tailored to the individual.
