Together we will tone,sculpt,and strengthen your body in addition to improving energy, balance and flexibility. Agility, coordination and power complete the program.
Getting older is a wonderful thing, feeling older and aging poorly are not. I work with women of all ages, and I am also a certified mature fitness training expert. I offer an integrated program that includes strength, flexibility, balance and fall prevention, core, agility and coordination that I have titled 'Built to Last'. This program is an age/ability appropriate health and fitness program that addresses unique needs.
