About me
I have always been athletically minded. While completing my STEM degree, I found a job listing for a high-end gym in Manhattan and decided to follow my passion. During 7 years there, we had a lot of in-house training and were required to earn multiple certifications. Now that I am fully independent, my education is continuing with enrollment programs, peer-to-peer networking, and self motivation.

I am looking forward to working with new clients to help solve their unique problems and attain their individual goals.
