    My fitness journey started at the age of 8 years old as a very chubby hyperactive kid. My introduction to fitness in kyokushin karate, under the tuitalage of Shihan Kanamura. Ten years  later I received my black belt , and trained under  the International karate organization, for  the twelve years. Now I currently train at  Iwata dojo. My next journey to further my fitness repertuar was attaining my NASM personal and group training certifications.  Now I focus on individuals with their fitness journey, and hope to meet someone who is needs an ally with their fitness challenges, to give them the tools I have acquired through my own fitness journey
