| My philosophy is that "Fitness is Movement": the more often you move and the better you do it, the more fit you will be. The exercises I incorporate focus on proper functional movement as opposed to building "beach muscles". I guide my clients through programs that can improve athletic performance, reduce soreness and prevent injury when participating in ski weekends, golf outings or pickup basketball games. At the same time my programs will also make it easier to carry a bag of groceries up a flight of stairs or pick up a box without throwing out your back! Losing weight, looking better in (and out of) clothes and being more self confident are all side effects of a proper fitness program that improves movement. I will help you move better! |
