| About me |
| It is NEVER too late to get in shape! I specialize in seniors, back pain, post-rehab clients, people with physical disabilities, and weight loss for busy professionals. I have experience working with double and triple bypass survivors, people with hypertension and high cholesterol, cancer patients, car accident survivors, hip and knee replacements, rotator cuff post-rehab, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, wheelchair fitness, and more.
If you have not worked out this year, or since college...or ever, now is the time to start exploring the fun of movement and getting connected to your body.
Personal training should be a collaborative effort, not an unquestioning expert/client relationship. It is about being open to learn about fitness, wellness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle. Personal training should help you educate and empower yourself rather than just going through the motions of doing this much cardio or lifting that much weight.
I am not a believer in "no pain no gain" and instead help you work safely at your own pace. Instead my motto is "no records, no results" meaning that by having your workouts tracked, you will be able to set and achieve goals, and be proud of your progress. |
