| My approach to training is simple: I aim to improve how you feel when you move. This could mean anything from post-rehab work to improving your running mechanics. On top of my personal training certification, I have advanced training in medical exercise/post-rehabilitation, movement assessment, muscle activation techniques and cardiovascular training.
