      I first met William Wright during my regular trips to the 91st Street NYSC. I was in what I considered 'decent' shape, had never been the type to work out with a trainer nor was I overly committed to a certain class or exercise regimen...I was just your average gym go-er who did the standard 30-minutes of cardio, occaisonal weight machine, and some half-hearted 'abs' a few days a week or whenever else I could find the time. I would guess like many women in their mid-twenties, I felt okay about my body, that I worked out 'enough', but still ran away from skinny jeans and bathing suit shopping whenever the opportunity arose. I was just never completely comfortable with how I looked physically. When I started to take classes with Will, I realized that not only was 'decent shape' a gross overstatement, I had muscle groups that were both incredibly strong and other muscle groups that were incredibly weak, and that lack of balance kept me from exercising to any sort of potential. My time training with Will completely changed my body. Not only did I lose weight (I went from a size 10 to a size 6), but I was more toned, more fit, less fatigued by everyday stresses and strains, and even noticed a difference in my work performance because of my increase in stamina. Three years later, my body has remained transformed, despite a decrease in the intensity of my exercise regimen (life gets in everyone's way, let's be honest), and I pull on my skinny jeans and wear my two-piece bathing suit with pride! Will makes working out fun, practical, and I know he has had the same amazing impact on many others. Thank you for everything Will!!!
