Amazing trainer!I have used Chris for over four years and have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Chris is highly knowledgable in different types of workouts and is constantly varying up our workouts to achieve my goals. His level of energy and enthusiasm have been the key motivating factor in my improvement. I actually had moved across town but decided it was still worth meeting with Chris because of the great results I've had.I have done high intensity cardio lifting sessions, boxing sessions, low rep/high weight strength training sessions, TRX sessions, sprints, stretching, and countless others. Sessions have generally lasted about 45 minutes and I have rarely come out without feeling exhausted. Chris really does a great job of pushing you to the limits (but not so much that you don't want to train again!)Like any good trainer, Chris is extremely punctual but in high demand, so I would suggest coordinating your schedule with him at the beginning of each week.Not only Is Chris a great trainer. The "Change Agent"Words cannot express my sincere “Gratitude and Appreciation” for my Amazing Trainer, Chris Rushing. I’ve always been fitness oriented, but it wasn’t until I started training with Chris, that I began to look and feel like a true Athlete! I knew Chris had “Magic- Powers” after our first week of training. I immediately saw the results.There’s a crazy notion that African American Women are born with gorgeous big butts, well apparently I missed that memo and stood in the “Tina Turner Legs” & “Pretty face” Line!
