Excellent and professional, totally recommendI started training with Eric 3 months ago. He is not only an excellent trainer but also a great person to be around and motivate you. He understood my needs and adapted his training program accordingly. I would recommend doing a dual program that involves intense cardio training with his partner, Michelle. Their training strategies complement one another since she specilizes in runners and triathletes. He has also prepared tailor made plans for the days I am away (for travel) so that I am able to stay on track with my training. I was coming back from a knee injury and my training has been tailored to make sure my knee is protected and my leg strength is built back. -
We've never looked so great and we're half way done.We needed someone to motivate us to get in shape for our wedding in May. At first we were worried about needing a trainer but we had no choice. The dress I've dreamed of looks horrible with arm fat. I'm sure some of you can relate. We needed someone who wouldn't take our excuses or crap and still be polite while dishing it right back out. My Fiancé and I got along well with Eric He talked us through everything, made workout plans for us between sessions and was ALWAYS accessible by email if we needed guidance.
