| While I am versed in most facets of training I mostly train Marathon runners for strength training. I have had amazing success with clients needing to shed weight and get healthier. I'm a master trainer but don't think that means that I'm going to be a drill Sargent. I'm very patient and understanding but I'll give you a push if I know you have it in you. |
