I am versed in all facets of training, I Have extensive training working with runners & Tri athletes to improve their conditioning by incorporating strength training. I have also had amazing success with clients
looking to shed weight and to improve their overall health. For me, being a personal trainer doesn't stop at the end of our session. I am always available for advice via phone, or email.

He understood my needs and adapted his training program accordingly. I would recommend doing a dual program that involves intense cardio training with his partner, Michelle. Their training strategies complement one another since she specilizes in runners and triathletes. He has also prepared tailor made plans for the days I am away (for travel) so that I am able to stay on track with my training.
