About me
While I am versed in most facets of training, I mainly work with runners to improve their conditioning by incorporating strength training. I have also had amazing success with clients looking to shed weight and to improve their overall health. For me, being a personal trainer doesn't mean being your personal drill sargeant. At the same as I can push and motivate you, I am patient and understanding to you and your body's needs. I know you have it in you. It is my job, and goal, to help you bring it out. Reaching your fitness goals is about balance. I will not point out flaws, but rather reinforce your strengths. Having the right people in your corner means everything. I am the type of personal trainer who is always there for my clients.
