How To Reduce The Chance of Knee Injury

Knee pain is a highly likely result of poor ankle mobility. Issues at one joint usually shows up as pain in the joint above it or below it. Solution: Include a few ankle mobility drills in your warmup before your workouts to reduce the chance of knee injury.
