If you must know, I have an A.S in Exercise Science, A.A.P.T cert/degree, ISSA certification and currently working in more certs to increase my knowledge. As far as fitness achievements well I have done obstacle courses (Spartan Race, Tough Mudder), played soccer since I was 7 through high school, boxed when I was in High School, tried Football and many other sports when I was younger. So pretty much I was always an active kid, I was born in Bolivia came to the United States when I was 14.
Through my young years in my home country I was always active playing sports or even just trying to be active, but all changed once I came here, not only I had to adapt my lifestyle, but also my activity level decreased because a huge barrier was the language, from 14 till my mid 20s I was always a skinny (like really skinny) so not only communication was hard but I didn't have confidence because of my appearance a very hard decade for me, but that is what made me focus on mastering my confidence and my will to fight through obstacles that were ahead of me. Once I mastered my skills I invested in being a fitness coach because I do believe that I have what it takes to help people in their health and fitness lifestyle.
As I mastered my experience as a coach changing and helping client after client, I needed to expand, I just didn’t want to be known as just a coach but more than that, I gathered my thoughts and I asked myself what is the main mission to help any client? Why? and that is when I came up with UnleashFIT.
UnleashFIT is just not a word but a call to action, we live in a society that we can’t truly show our personalities or how we feel, engage on your own opinion how we perform or what we eat we always feel like we being judged on how we perceive our lives, that itself becomes stressful, lowers your confidence and inability to own up to our unique personality and physical appearances. Making us become the shadow of someone else we look up to or try really hard to become, resulting change in our lifestyle, personality and lack of confidence in ourselves.
With UnleashFIT I train and coach all my clients to forget all that and work on their unique attributes, to master them while developing new skills in their health and fitness lifestyle, the weather is to reset their training and eating habits but most importantly to create their own shadow.Changing lifestyle is hard trust me I know, but with my help, expertise and researched-based information, not only will you be able to perform better, but your confidence level will be on par with your changes, your training will be better, you will be able to unleash your true potential in and outside the gym, making you a master of your unique gifts.
My sole goal here is to help you period, I am not here to sell you books or programs I am here to help you unlock and Unleash your skills. My approach is unique but straight to the point no BS, no cutting corners. A great trainerAlex is the first personal trainer that I've worked with who really takes the time to invest himself in your own goals. Many other trainers have set formulas or try to get you to do what they do themselves while they train. Neither of which really work for me and my physical fitness goals.
