About me
My friends, I am BodySensei, and I want to work with you to achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. There are lots of trainers and fitness magazines that will promise you quick results if you buy expensive equipment and take magic pills.

But, my philosophy is different. Simplify. Use your mind and body, and achieve what you want through your own strength and mindset. You don't need to buy equipment or expensive pills, and there is no one-size-fits-all program. Instead, I will work with you individually, listen to you, watch your movements, understand your goals, and encourage you boldly and energetically, and together, we will build a program that you can follow for life.

Join me in spreading my BodySensei fitness and nutrition philosophy. Why am I qualified? I was an elite amateur boxer for Grenada, traveling the world and working with world-class athletes and professionals. I had incredible opportunities and eventually transitioned from competing to teaching others. I have over a decade of experience working in the community, luxury resorts, and gyms, training people of all ages and fitness levels.
