    I am a Manhattan based personal trainer working with clients of all ages, exercise levels, and backgrounds. As a trainer, I believe that the most important thing about adopting a fit lifestyle is enjoying the journey along the way. That’s why my ultimate goal as a trainer is to help you discover it so you can start to find enjoyment in exercise. I know what it’s like to dread physical activity and to feel insecure about your fitness capabilities. I want to assist you in not only transforming your body, but your attitude, lifestyle, and overall mindset when it comes to healthy living. Our workouts don't end when you leave the gym- I give you the tools to succeed outside of our sessions whether that be a weekly schedule, workout homework, nutritional support, etc.
