    As a personal health and fitness coach, I work with individuals and small groups to create diverse, balanced, results oriented training programs tailored to meet your specific goals. I am available for in-home, at the gym, and outdoor training.
    The first step for a lifestyle change is your health. A healthy lifestyle leads to a better life! Let's step outside the gym to focus on things like weight management, meal planning, stress reduction,monitoring any chronic diseases, and general wellness. The second step is your fitness. Together we will tone,sculpt,and strengthen your body in addition to improving energy, balance and flexibility. Agility, coordination and power complete the program.
    Getting older is a wonderful thing, feeling older and aging poorly are not. I work with women of all ages, and I am also a certified mature fitness training expert. I offer an integrated program that includes strength, flexibility, balance and fall prevention, core, agility and coordination that I have titled 'Built to Last'. This program is an age/ability appropriate health and fitness program that addresses unique needs.

      I've been a client of Gail McGhie's for about 9 months and couldn't have been happier! My goal was to build endurance, get fit and tone. I chose to do the small group fitness class and personal training sessions which are fun and motivating. What I love is that we do full body workouts using different equipment, Gail pushes me but not to the point where I'm uncomfortable and I see results so I know my hard work is paying off! She's an expert and a highly skilled personal trainer. I highly recommend Gail if you are looking to reach your fitness goals and see results quickly.
