If it turns out that I am not your guy that's ok, I will not use any pushy sales tactics on you before, during or after our complimentary assessment. Style of Training: My style of fitness training revolves around a holistic, mind, body and lifestyle approach. I have a phenomenal sense of humor and I make fitness fun! Don't expect me to yell or scream at you, that's not my style, but I will leave you with something deep and inspirational to reflect on every single week we meet, to continuously increase your level of motivation and focus while we work on your specific health and fitness goals.
Starting Your Program: I begin every health and fitness program with a conditioning phase to prevent injuries and enhance peak performance in the gym. I begin this phase by correcting muscle imbalances with balance and stability exercises, increasing core strength and muscle endurance.
Stress Management: If necessary, and upon request I offer a guided meditation after the workout for stress management, and yes, I am certified to provide stress management and holistic healing and life coaching as part of my complete health package. After the initial conditioning phase, we move on to your tailored custom exercise program, specifically designed for you and your desired health and fitness goals.
Nutrition Coaching: With your permission and request, it is not rare for me to go with you to the supermarket to help you pick out foods that are in line with your desired health goals. Many times, the only "healthy" thing on your "healthy" food is the word "healthy" on the label. Many times, those so called "healthy" foods, not only get in the way of achieving your health goals, many times they are the cause of your health problems to begin with.
