    The Complete MindBody program is composed of three phases designed to invigorate your life, boost your confidence and become the person you were born to be! The three phases are not in a specific order and they all happen simultaneously, allowing you to experience deep inner shifts as you begin to transform your body, rejuvenating both body and mind.

     



      • Phase 1: In this phase we begin with balance, core strength and endurance. Each workout specifically tailored to correct any muscle imbalances to prevent injuries, improve performance and prepare for the next step of your specific health and fitness goals. During this phase we also explore the Client’s current nutrition habits and coach the client on making better and healthier food choices. Believe it or not, many of the foods believed to be healthy aren’t healthy at all. It is important to know what works and what foods are in line with your specific body type, health and fitness needs.




     



      • Phase 2: After every workout we conclude with a progressive cool down and a guided meditation. Designed to dissolve and melt away stress, symptoms of anxiety and lack of motivation. Increasing your ability to better perform in the gym, at work, at home and your love life.




     



      • Phase 3: In this phase we take phase 1 and 2 to the next level by pushing the limits of your new and improved body and mind. In this phase we uncover and eliminate self-sabotaging behavior, limiting beliefs and negative habits that get in the way of your dreams and your ability to live the life you've always wanted.
