    I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years before which I was a security risk analyst for a one of the top banks in Melbourne, Australia. Worked there for 14 years before I finally decided to make a change in my career.

    My method of training is to keep it simple, life is complicated as is why complicate it. I believe in creating an enjoyable, sustainable lifestyle.

    I stay well connected with my clients, keep myself available and follow up on their nutrition, home work regularly. I do hold my clients accountable.
