    Hey there! Thank you so much for checking out my page! My name is Juliet. I’m an ISSA certified fitness trainer, and an NFPT Resistace Training Specialist.  I believe that as a trainer my job is to help you MOVE BETTER. Excercise is supposed to make your daily life easier- not harder! When training with me clients should expect nothing less than an experience that is 100% personalized, and fueld by passion and empathy

    My Experience:


    I started my training career at New York Sports Club. At 21 I was the youngest trainer in the district and the youngest woman in the club. Within 3 months I broke the record for the most personal training sales made by a new trainer. During my time at New York Sports Club I had the opportunity to work with and design programs for people of all different ages, fitness levels, and handicaps. Since parting ways with New York Sports Club, I have continued to train privately, and teach group fitness classes. I specialize in strength-training and HIIT, and currently teach vibrational plate classes at Pilates on 5th. I hold a personal training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association, and am currently working on my Master Fitness Trainer certification from the National Federation of Professional Trainers.

    DOUBLE KETTLEBELL FRONT-SQUAT! Functional, compound, Crazy core activation and more badass than a back squat!

    Favorite client story:


    I once worked with a client who wanted to fit into a really special dress she’d bought for an event she had coming up. After less than 12 weeks she gleefully informed me that she could no longer wear this particular dress she’d bought because her waist had become TOO small and her booty was too big!
