We can keep track of your progress with circumference measurements, pictures, weight, and fitness testing. Being healthy and seeing great results can be enjoyable and sustainable with the right balance of healthy habits.

      In the span of about 2 years, I have had 4 different personal trainers. It wasn’t until I started training with Jeromy that I realized that I was essentially not getting my money’s worth with those previous trainers. Jeromy’s knowledge base and method of teaching is something that puts him above other trainers. He pays attention to your needs, he remembers, and he cares. He also has a sense of humor, so that helps a LOT. Training with Jeromy meant working together to achieve something better for myself, and he was and is a great motivating force in helping me to become stronger both physically and mentally.
