    I am a certified fitness professional who comes to you with over 8 years of experience in the industry.  My passion for fitness started at a young age, it lead me to a D1 tennis scholarship.  After college I got myself into bodybuilding and through hardwork, dedication and motivation. I recently earned my status as a professional bodybuilder.   The confident I developed from transforming my body, was what motivated me to pursue personal training.  I want to help others feel as confident as I did in achieving his/her fitness goals.

    I have experience training at elite gyms across NYC such as (Equinox, David Barton, Dogpound etc.)  Some of my specialties are Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning, Pre and Post Natal, Weight Loss and Traditional Bodybuilding.

    I have worked with a wide range of individuals throughout my career including seniors, injured clients (lower back pains, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip surgeries etc.) everyday business professionals, athletes, juniors, the full spectrum I got you.
