To schedule your classes, please email us at email@example.com. Please include your name, email address, and voucher number, for each participant if you are registering a friend, along with the classes you would like to schedule. To insure accuracy, phone reservations will not be accepted.
Extra Pounds Don’t Stand a Chance
These hour-long sessions are designed for all fitness levels, rarely exceed 18 people for individual attention, and are available in a variety of methods. You will find yourself running, lunging, squatting, and crunching your way to a more toned physique.
