      I've had the pleasure of working with Irvin for a total of about 5 months, two at Bally's and three more this past summer. I sought him out for training after leaving Bally's because I had such a fantastic time in our sessions. Irvin really understands the goals of his clients and tailors his training to meet their needs. He was very flexible about my schedule and was willing to train me during the wee-hours of the morning because he was committed to helping me continue all of the fantastic progress we made over the summer. He helped me to understand that women can be incredibly strong, and I couldn't believe the progress if made in such a short amount of time. He also brought me to focus on building functional strength, and the pounds melted away as my strength developed. Irvin also gave constant advice on the type of diet that would help support my goals, and things I could do when we weren't meeting to compliment our workouts. He has a wealth of knowledge on several realms of fitness and incorporated multiple styles into our sessions which always kept things fun and interesting. He also took the care to teach me proper form in order to prevent workout injuries. Irvin is the ONLY PT that I'll ever work with, he's set me on a path to lifelong health, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone interested in a phenomenal fitness experience.
