Am abigail..an a few days ago I worked out with irvin palacio..he is very knowledgable on the fomat on a human body..I had try other trainers before but all we did was just work out an that's about it.. irvin is very professional when working out every movement he tells you to do you will feel the burn...am telling I felt parts of my body that I never felt it can move before ..he is very good an wat he do.I highly recommended Irvin as a great trainer...he also do house calls..gym or even outdoors..an at a great co$t ...trust me if you are lookin for a good workout he is the trainer for you...thank you
