I started my career as a personal trainer in 2014, and over time, I found that there were a few missing pieces when it came to helping people improve their overall health and wellbeing. So in 2016 I decided to get certified to be a Yoga teacher, and in 2019, I became a Certified Health Coach.
Through my knowledge and experience in personal training, yoga, and health coaching, I help my clients take a holistic approach to improving their physical, mental and emotional health. Through my clients' health journey, I offer a wide variety of services including:
- One on one personal training- focused mainly on building strength and improving mobility for better quality of life
- Personalized programming
- Tools to help build healthier habits, improve nutrition, sleep, and stress management
- Weekly accountability check ins via text/ email and Zoom calls
