    As a dancer, former gymnast and acrobatics coach for more than 15 years, movement has always been a fundamental part of my life, to the point that I decided to pursue it as a career. I have a background in Medicine and Psychiatry which gives me a deep knowledge of the human body and mind. I am a certified and insured trainer, and keep myself up to date with continuing education courses and workshops.

    The training sessions will follow an accurate first assessment session where we will discuss your goals and expectations and check for any postural imbalances or life stressors or poor nutritional habits that have been hindering your path to a happy connection with your body. I focus mainly on functional training (free weights, TRX, kettlebells, sandbags etc.) mixed with yoga, boxing and corrective exercise when needed (post injury, pre & post-natal, injury prevention in the elderly). Most importantly, I customize my sessions according to your own taste and needs, as it's crucial that you enjoy the session and move safely at the same time. Functional training is a way to make your core stronger, which means being pain-free during your daily life activities and routines and a potential to be able to put yourself into any recreational or competitive sport you may decide to pursue.
