Roody Dallemand is a knowledgeable, intense, and passionate Biomechanics Rehabilitation Specialist, recognized as one of the best in the field. Roody has over 16 years' experience in the Rehabilitation/Fitness field. He has worked in several premier New York City wellness centers and the elite gyms.
Roody holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and is also a certified Exercise Physiologist and M.A.T. (Muscle Activation Techniques) specialist. Having a clinical rehabilitation background gives him a clearer insight and the proper tools to help high-level athletes, fitness enthusiasts and chronic pain sufferers with their physical rehabilitation and training.
Roody’s clients come from diverse backgrounds, fitness histories, current fitness practices, and goals.
