    Roody Dallemand is a knowledgeable, intense, and passionate Biomechanics Rehabilitation Specialist, recognized as one of the best in the field. Roody has over 16 years' experience in the Rehabilitation/Fitness field. He has worked in several premier New York City wellness centers and the elite gyms.


    Roody holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and is also a certified Exercise Physiologist and M.A.T. (Muscle Activation Techniques) specialist. Having a clinical rehabilitation background gives him a clearer insight and the proper tools to help high-level athletes, fitness enthusiasts and chronic pain sufferers with their physical rehabilitation and training.


    Roody’s clients come from diverse backgrounds, fitness histories, current fitness practices, and goals. Athletes, corporate and entertainment professionals, restauranteurs, entrepreneurs, actors, models, mothers-to-be, and students are amongst those who seek his expertise.
